Participants will explore Lithuanian culture through its traditional cuisine, experiencing hands-on cooking workshops while learning how food can be used as an educational tool to teach history, culture, and identity.

Day 1 (Vilnius)

- Hands-on session in a professional culinary studio
- Introduction to Lithuanian culinary heritage
- Guided cultural tour of Vilnius Old Town

Day 2 (Rumšiškės (80 km / ~1 h from Vilnius)

- Full-day visit to the Open-Air Museum of Lithuania
- Guided tour of traditional Lithuanian homesteads
- Rye bread baking workshop

Day 3 (Vilnius)

- Culinary workshop on festive Lithuanian dishes
- Presentation of seasonal food traditions
- Practical cooking and tasting session

Day 4 (Vilnius)

- Introduction to Lithuanian brewing heritage and fermentation techniques

Day 5 (Trakai (30 km / ~40 min from Vilnius)

- Preparation of kibinai (traditional Karaite pastries)
- Guided tour of Trakai Island Castle
